TRUST THE PROCESS

When it comes to TRANSFORMATIONS remember we need to TRUST THE PROCESS. Rome was not built in a day. Take into account we did not mess ourselves up overnight, therefore we can not fix and undo what we don't like overnight. Transformations mainly start with a mindset shift through daily work. We operate mainly from our subconscious brain which basically our second nature habits that its been recording throughout time that creates us to do such destroying or beneficial habits by second nature without really thinking about it.

Now we need to undo those repetitive habits that you've been doing ALL this time that got you here today to this place that you are in now that you may not like so much...whether that be with your health & fitness, physical, mental, financial, professional, relationships, etc. we all did not just all of a sudden wake up today in this state of being that we are in now. Failure does not happen overnight nor is Success gained overnight.

So you want to transformation your body, your physical appearance, your health and fitness goals...I hate to break it to you but you are gonna have to do some daily work at changing you habits by eliminating the habits that don't serve you that caused you to arrive to this place today and by replacing them with habits that will serve you better by moving the needle closer to the goals of where you want to be.

The body takes about 90 days to Transform to the NEXT fitness level on a cellular level. That means being dedicated and consistent with doing what it takes EVERY SINGLE DAY to help get you there. So it's important to TRUST THE PROCESS. It's never going to be perfect and you will slip up and that's ok but DO NOT GIVE UP & DO NOT THROW IN THE TOWEL. Pick it right back up and keep it moving. Hire a coach and/or recruit a friend on this journey to help keep you accountable. ACCOUNTABILITY is price less and if you have no idea on how to go about this new journey definitely hire a coach for guidance, customization programs and accountability.

I hope this helps to shed some light on achieving your goals. Do not compare yourself to others and where you're at and how your body makes progress compared to them, although there are some common sense and logic basic approaches, we all however are unique in our own way. Embrace what God gave you, love yourself and work on making yourself your own best version of you. Never discount or downplay your gifts and what makes you special.

I wish you love, light and best wishes on your health, fitness and life transformation journey. If you do however would like to inquire about my coaching services to help you on your journey feel free to drop me line, contact me.

God Bless!

Check your food Ingredients- Carrageenan

Carrageenan can induce inflammation and lead to chronic illnesses such as diabetes, digestive disorders, heart diseases, neurological disorders and even something as serious as cancer. I learned this years ago, I avoid this ingredient. Also in your pet food, do not let your pets consume it either. The food industry processes it in a harmful way, Govt. has been urged to ban this ingredient. It’s everywhere.  Carrageenan is a common food additive derived from red seaweed, used to thicken and stabilize products like dairy alternatives, processed foods, and even toothpaste. However, its reputation is far from pristine in terms of health. Many studies have raised concerns about carrageenan's impact. First, it's associated with gastrointestinal problems. Carrageenan can trigger inflammation in the digestive tract, potentially leading to discomfort and irritable bowel syndrome symptoms. Moreover, some forms of carrageenan contain a substance known as "degraded carrageenan,...
